Jeremy started his career in the construction industry early in his life. He worked with several companies as a subcontract laborer, learning everything he could about the various construction related trades. Building science was of particular interest. His work ranged from installing hardwood floors, to decontaminating clean rooms. All while taking in as much as possible about how buildings are designed and constructed from start to finish.

Over the years Jeremy developed many trade skills, attended a plethora of classes, and cultivated a desire for building and restoration work. Beyond just the technical skills, he wanted to know how and why things work throughout the building process. How everything fits together. The whole being greater than the sum of its parts.

After having established his company, R4 Restoration, it grew rapidly as Jeremy cultivated a positive reputation in the community, a unique niche, and quality workmanship. Learning advanced business skills became his new focus. Jeremy leaned into learning all he could about improving and operating a highly productive and competitive business.

Presently, R4 Restoration is the leading restoration and construction company in Suwanee, GA. Ecolibrium Homes is the culmination of everything he's been building to over his career. Providing him an opportunity to create unique, ecological, and performant homes for today's families.

Elliot Marshall

Elliot Marshall, Ecolibium Homes Coordinator, grew up in Northport, Tuscaloosa County, Alabama. After finishing high school, Elliot moved to Lawrenceville, Gwinnett County, Georgia and attended engineering classes at Georgia Perimeter College at the Clarkston and Lawrenceville Campuses. Later, Elliot settled into a career as a Network and Systems Administrator.

Throughout Elliot’s time in college, he worked as a laborer with various construction companies. It was during this time he gained an appreciation for healthy, well built and designed homes.

Once settled into his career as a Network Administrator, Elliot also became an avid traveler. In his travels he came to appreciate how other cultures live and interact as a community. He now wants to bring the best parts of the lifestyles of other cultures to Ecolibrium’s homes and communities.

As an individual who cares about the environment, cost, performance, and a work/life balance, Elliot aims to work with Jeremy and other Ecolibrium Homes partners to deliver a desirable home and community to the modern homeowner.
